Return & Refund Policy

We are delighted to have you on here. We want to ensure that you have the best online spa reservation, spa-gifting & shopping experience with us and just wanted to sound you off on our Return and Refund Policy ("Policy"). If you visit or shop at SpaZense.com, you are accepting the terms mentioned in this Policy. We request that you please read the following policy very carefully.

For the purpose of this policy, references to "You", "User" shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and using the Services offered through the Website. "We", "Us" and "Our" shall mean Rudanti Wellness Services Private Limited and its affiliates. “Website” shall mean SpaZense.com. Also wherever applicable, "Service Providers" shall mean independent third party service providers.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible.


We want to ensure that you have complete peace of mind when you gift & shop with us at SpaZense.com. We are committed to quality products and that's why your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. We follow a “10 days No Questions Asked Return Policy”. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items to us within 10 days from the date of delivery for either a replacement (wherever applicable) or a refund.

What can I return and get a refund for?

You can return most of the spa & wellness products bought on this website. However, the following key terms should be adhered to:

  • No cash refund on spa gift-certificate. However in case the user wishes to exchange the spa gift certificate towards another spa, SpaZense would facilitate the user with the same as along as the spa gift-certificate is valid.
  • The maximum time range to avail the spa reservation (booked) on SpaZense.com is 7 (seven) days.
  • The maximum time range to avail the spa reservation (gifted) on SpaZense.com is 1 (one) month.
  • In case the user does not attend to his reservation (booking) within 7 (seven) days, NO REFUND would be made to the user.

How do I return the products?

It’s quite simple:

  • Email us at support@SpaZense.com informing us of your intent to return your product within 2 days of receiving the product. Please use the subject line “Product Return” in your email. We would not be liable for replacing or refunding an order should you fail to inform us within 2 days of receiving the product
  • Please include your full address where the product was delivered to and your contact details including phone number. We will get back to you to inform whether we can organize a courier pick-up of your return or whether you would have to arrange for shipping the product to us yourself

Please note:

  • If the product that you received is damaged/broken, then if possible, please do send us images of the same with the above email
  • Incase if you have to ship the product back to us on your own, then we will reimburse you INR 100 for Indian customers and the value equivalent to USD 10 for international customers. However this would be subject to verification of the purchase and condition of the product after receipt of the product from you. Should your return meet our return guidelines as listed below, we will reimburse the INR 100/USD 10 amount to you as a SpaZense.com Gift Voucher. You would be able to use this gift voucher on any of your future purchases on SpaZense.com
  • If you have shipped the product on your own, then please retain the shipping receipt and email us the tracking or Air Way Bill number so that we can track the delivery of your return to us. Kindly email us at support@SpaZense.com
  • We strongly recommend that you pack the product securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and that you use a reliable courier service. We will not be liable for any damage to the product during transit from your place to us

What do I need to send?

To ensure that your product return experience is hassle free, please ensure that you follow the return guidelines given below:

  • Product should not have been used
  • Product should not have been tampered with
  • Product should be returned in their original condition with all the original tags and packaging
  • Include the original sales invoice that was shipped along with the product

Where do I send my return?

Whether through a courier pick-up arranged by us, or you self shipping the product to us, please ensure that you clearly print/write the following address along with the SpaZense.com order number:

How long would it take for the refund or the product to be replaced?

After the product is received by SpaZense.com, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of product we shall process a refund within 15 working days of receipt of the product. During this entire process we will be in constant touch with you to keep you informed of the progress.

In case we are in a position to offer you a replacement, we would get in touch with you. If you accept, then we will ship it out to your address as per our normal shipping process and you would get the product within 7-10 business days.

How would I get my money back?

Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. For customers who paid through net banking or cash on delivery, we will send you a cheque at your mailing address.
